This was a truly scary moment on the river, Ting had some toruble gettign sucked backwards, and then rolling in the turbulent water. It was a scary moment as we all held out breath and waited to see what happens. There aren't many places to get through the strainer on the river, and Ting was very lucky to make it through wihtout a problem. Feb 7-8, 2004
